Surprisingly Manly [Orange Farm Archive]

Initial impressions of Tsunderalla were that I’d have slow relationship progress between our hero and heroine.  But it looks like I was a bit off my mark.

It would appear that our hero is starting to get used to being seen by others.  And that Ookami-san is harboring some sort of secret to herself, as shown by a few flashbacks.  She also likes cute things.  Who knew?

Who knew?

The surprising thing this episode was our hero stepping up to the plate, not once, but twice.  First he shuts down Ookami’s request for him to not be a shield, and secondly, me infiltrates the hideout with his hunting dogs and a slingshot, and wreaks havoc among the gansters who kidnapped his woman.  Hoo boy.  Look out, David.  You have a slingshot challenger.

He doesn’t mince words either…

Sadly, he returns to his previous wishy washy self after such a manly display.  Oh well, that’s the price for his badassery, I guess.  I can live with that, just as long as he mans the fuck up in the end.
